Ingredients

  • 2 burger patties
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 asparagus

Seasonings

  • 100 grams spinach
  • 100 grams baby Kale
  • 100 grams grated carrots
  • 100 grams cucumber
  • 100 grams shredded cabbage
  • 100 grams avocado
  • Any dressing of your choosing

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium high.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic; season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Prep burgers and veggies.

Grill burgers and any grill-able veggies, turning heat down after marking.

Assemble bowls with greens, veggies, grilled veggies, burger and spoon dressing over top adding any optional additions that you like.
